I'm 6'6' about 245 and i do the home workout program and i was wondering how much protein i would need to eat each day to slim down and tone up

Lots based on you weight! It a minimum of 1 gram per pound of body weight. I would suggest maybe 1.5 if you are trying to slim down.

your protein is not much of a factor when you are interested in toning. The more siginificant factor are your calories as well as your fat / carb intakes. Make use of ft and go to ft Nutrition Program under myFT - Personal Info in the top menu.. ft will give you all the requirements you need exactly.
