My name is Vernon I'm a 28 yr old runt (LOL) No I'm serious, I'm 5'3" and weight 101 lbs. My biggest problem is eating. I don't eat enough so I would love to know how to get the maxium calories for the minuimum portions of food? Thanks any help would be most appreciated

Hey Vernon I'm 28, but I'm 5'3'' also. But I weigh at least 130 lbs last checked.
I recently read an e-mail saying that Salmon, eggs, pasta, peanut butter are good for protein.

Arnold has great advice. Try that plus try to eat throughout the day. Stay away from the cardiovascular, i.e. fat burning exercise if you want to gain weight. No jogging, etc.

try adding a calories replacement shake, I would recommend two shakes with about 500 calories each.

percision engineering has a great supplement that gives you 610 calories with milk all the vitamins and animo acids plus 24 grams of protein. i have gained 13 lbs and hope to gain 20 more. cottage cheese had alot of proteun and low fat. good luck

Take time to eat or eat some high cal foods.
