Hey,

I always thought you should have low fat to build mass, but 96 grams a day is a lot of fat, and it doesnt really sound all that healthy, could someone please help me on this issue. Are their certain fats you should eat?

96 grams of fat? What are you refering too? A certain nutrition plan or just something someone told you? There is good fats though. They are essential amino acids, omega 3's. Foods with these are peanut butter, some fish, and protein bars to name a few.

Compare your fats to your carb and protein intake. My guess is that it is proportioned appropriately for your diet and work out. The body needs good fats.

I agree with Sweeny. A tuna sandwich/peanut butter sandwich is a good way to get good fat. And Salmon is a good source for Omega 3.

you get your fat from the protien sources u consume like meats and poultry as well as fish (omega 3)

don't worry much about the grams of fat in these though you can rarely avoid them.

When you put your intake into the ft nutritional portion your grams of fat are already added up for you which you can use as your guide. Some/most fish and poultry have very little fat without the skin. When inputting them in your program, along with other food and supplements, they can add up. I have a hard time juggling the right amount in fat. I am either under or over the amounts recommended.
