Friend,
If you are craving for food then either you really need it or it can also be a defect to the hypothalamus in the brain which is a general cause for obecity in people....well if you have fat tendencies then I suggest you see a doc. and if you are skinny I suggest you eat but eat smart. but if you are ok! weight then I suggest you see a doc. too.

u need to control your self and think over the consequences...one cheat meal every now and then or a cheat day once a week can ease things a little but what I would now is try to substitute those fatty foods with better alternatives that would suite me just fine

Drink lots of water. Lots of water per day will help you control your hunger. Also don't get bent out of shape if you break your diet once in a while. It takes a lot of abuse before gaining to much weight. For instance it might take you little more then a year to gains 15 lbs. if you indulge in all you can eat foods for the majority of each week of the year. But you can lose 15 lbs. in just two months by dieting and exercising. Therefore you would have to really abuse yourself to cause any real damage.

I have the same problem. What I do is use a few simple tips and they help me out a great deal. For one I drink water continualy throughout the day which somewhat quenches my hunger. I also chew gum to prevent me from snacking on junk food. The last key thing that I do is have meals already prepared so that when hunger hits I don't gorge or just grab things from the cubbord. Try these things, I promise they will help at least a little

Sweeny seems to know what he's talking about. But in connection with his good advice here's some more. Eat before you have cravings. Stop the cravings before they exist. Try and eat every 2 hours. Of course I mean something small like a protein bar and a glass of water, but you'll notice that your cravings won't be there.
