My Bicept is 13 1/2 inches. Is this big for a 14 year old?

Depends on how big the 14 year old is. If your tall, say 6 + feet or more, no. If your say closer to 5 feet 2 inches, then yes. Cheers

I wouldn't worry about that much now...keep your form right...and train effectively and u should see pretty good results in the future....

Don't worry about size much right now. You should lift solid and in good form, but i recommend not going heavy until your at least 16.
It may stunt other growth factors(maybe wil maybe it won't) but you have plenty of time to worry about size, so for now lift for fun and enjoy it.

1. is that flexed or non flexed? 2. to find out if you are big muscle wise first measure unflexed then flexed and subtract the two, thats about how much muscle in inches you have. Example my arms are 14 1/2 unflexed and 17 1/2 flexed i have about 3 inches of muscle.
