I am 5'9'' , 125lbs wet. This has to change. So here I am. I have a freind who is a nutrionist but he has been way to busy to work my into his scedule so time to take it on by myself. I could use an accountability coach , if there is such a thing. My name is Patrick. Looking forward to meeting others here.
