Hi there, i am new to this site and am a female of 18 years old. I joined this as i need to lose a little bit of fat on tummy and thighs and want to be toned. I selected the at home workout as i find it more comfortable to do, however it is only allowing me to do a full body workout. I am wondering if anybody can help me work out how to focus it to my specific needs so i know white exercises to do. Many thanks.
