Does anyone know if it is possible to get the daily workout sent to your smart phone?  Sure would be easier than writing them down and trying to remember what the exercise ahould look like!  Thanks, Bill (cprteacher, retired!)

Hi Bill

What kind of smartphone do you have? Does it have Internet access while you are at the gym? We are working on an Android app now which is almost ready, but the first version will require Internet access to view the exercise dedcriptions. The actual day's schedule will be stored on the phone though.

If you have an iphone or windows phone, then you can just log into the website from the phone browser. If we have enough interest in the Android app, we will work on improving it and also make the iphone equivalent.

I will keep you posted on the developments.
