Hi, I am new. A stay at home mum looking to lose 20 to 25kg.  I have little time alone and no equipment or access to the gym.  I plan to follow a paleo lifestyle but need workouts to be done to tone, shape and lose.
Please any ideas

Just becareful with the new diet and new excersize make sure you are getting all the nutrients you need. starting 2 new things at one time may be a bit tough why not start one then a month or two from now start the other.
