Hi All, 

been on the site over a month now, not really used the online community much, but hey ho, no time like the present to get involved. 

My main goals are to get toned and hopefully get rid of the tyre round my midsection that would make michelin jealous. 

Anyways, that's it from me, and hopefully speak with you all soon.
