Hi I'm 55 yrs young. Personal Trainer. About to start Uni to become a Nutritionist/Dietition. Have recently had some health issues which has made me consider changing my career slightly. Need to get myself back into tip top condition as i have become somewhat unfit over the last 6 months after suffering a knee injury and some other health issues.
I am hoping to - 
Lose some weight 5 - 6 kgs approx. Regain my strength and fitness. Tone and tighten body again.
