I've been taking TRX classes as a way to mix up my training. It took me a few classes to make up my mind but, now, I'm completely in love with it. In addition to offering variety and placing stress on different angles I also get a great ab workout without even trying **I detest abs and far to often skip them in my workout**
I also love that such minimal equipment is needed.....I just wish there was a way I could set up a TRX rope in my home.
