Hello,

My name is Suz... I a a 35yr old mum of two.

I recently came across this website and know it will be great for me, I have been battling femoral patella syndrome in my knees for 2 years ... as a result my excercise has been limited .. i have now gained 15kg and am disgusted by the fact 90% of my clothes dont fit :(

So im here to work it off & meet others along the way
