I have a slightly painful tennis elbow and this changes my plans. I was undertaking the p90x but now I have change my strategy.
I have been running for 4km in 30 min. Doing 10 - 12 kmph for 300 -400m and walk for 200m to catch my breadth and then do p90x ab ripper to finish off.
Can anyone please suggest a workout plan in my case. I have having protein drinks and amino acid pils as supplements.
