Hi all ,
I love going to gym and run but need to stay motivated and keep it regular, even if I get busy and have work which happend too ofen! I need a tough Partner with a purpose in life :-)
I like to run 5k for cherity event for women and kids with Cancer. Any of you guys out there want to make this regular acitivity with me? Minimum 5k run at least every other month. i am running 5k for kids with Cancer this Sat. in California.
Also, i have an idea for diet: everyday , look at your food , take one piece out ( like a can of food , seets, bread , etc) and save it for 7 days , then doante it for food bank at grorceries , etc . Or your lunch money for 3 days/ about $15 , then send it to africa for hungry kids.
Any idea , anyways , we can do for others , not just for ourselves, let me know if interested ;-)
