Same with me. My baby is 13mos old, gain a total of 10kls after giving birth to my daughter. I run 10k's, minimize rice intake to 1-1.5cups a day, my weakness is sweets and cold drinks.. i have a friend who get rid 20kls, no soft drinks,junk foods, only a full meal during breakfast and fruits and veggies during lunch and dinner, and i think shes working out every day. Very dedicated, i hope i can do everything she does.
