Hi there
I'm confused by how many calories I should be eating per day. I am 5ft 9 153 lbs and want to get to 145 lbs. I go to the gym 3 times a week where I do 20 minutes cardio then use the weight machines.
How many calories should I be eating to lose the weight?

Don't focus so much on the numbers. That will just make you hungry and miserable. Cardio is OK to, but lifting heavy will cut weight a whole lot faster.
