Hello group! My name is Markie Castro.. I'm 24yrs old and currently live in the Riverside/moreno valley area. I am only 5'1 and weigh 250lbs, this I as the highest i've ever weighed and i'm truly in need of serious help!

How did I gain all this weight?
January 31 08' I had a miscarriage and it changed my whole life. I am super depressed and feel as though life is not worth living. I've gained over 70lbs ! I feel as though I can't get up by myself. I don't know how to break this cycle... I'm currently in counceling trying to get my life back on track. If anyone as any advice I'd love it if you would share?
