I m training since last year & still not try any supplements. I gain some muscles during that period. Now i want to try supplement. My goal is to go for competetive bodybuilding. Which supplements suits me best
Well it depend of your budget ? But I can tell go with
1-Whey protein iso or hydrolyze (before & after workout) and casein (night)
2- Creatine
3- fish oil ( the healthy fat)
4-Multivitamin
And few more like glutamine for quick recovery and green tea or some test booster .
But make sure that you don't have problem with your kidney , liver and heart ;) if you want I can tell you which blood test you have to ask your Dr. that you can do or just pass to him and ask about general blood test
