Hello Everyone
I joined this site in hopes of guidance, advice and motivation into ahealthier lifestyle. After years of unheatlhy eating, i finally cut out fast food and haven't been to a fast food restaurant for the past 3 months. Now im that i am eating healthier my goal is to find a routine workout that will assist in my weight loss goals and help me tone and sculpt muscle. My weight is 250, and i would like to lose 25+ pounds
