Hi, dear! Well, first of all you have to find out what is stopping you to fulfill your goals. If the problem is the constant hunger, you may want to try and change it a little bit. Try oat cereals, soups and fish.Don't forget that if you feel hungry between meals, an apple or any other fruit or vegetable is welcomed.
Hope it will be usefull!:)

Hello ms. lady. FInd a good support system. I am my own lol. if you can complete one week reward yourself that way you know hey i did a good job lets keep going. Find you a buddy. I find working out with someone is a great way to not think about yourself and think about the task at hand. Work out feel great and remember you're great!

Hello,
Congratulations for starting somewhere, right?!

The first thing I would do is not put pressure on yourself to lose 20lbs by February.  I would start with a reachable goal of 5lbs by December 31.  Then maybe another 5lbs by January 31.  Some body's aren't made to be under a certain weight.

I'm also 5'3" and 140lbs.  I don't like it and I know I need to lose weight because I don't feel good about myself. However, I know that my body has always been between 122lbs - 128lbs.  I had muscle mass and I looked good.  When I was thinner, my body "hung" and it wasn't pretty.

Anyway, I'd like to say good luck and remember to start small and work your way up.  It's much healthier physically and mentally.

Gina.
