I'm not totally new to exercise but I always seem to do a few days of some exercise and then stop. I've started again recently but this time I want to try to stick with it. It's hard without some kind of support from somebody. I've been trying to do some group hikes but thats not reliable because I can't drive to these hiking places. I've started Zumba on tuesdays again. I've got a yoga mat, treadmill, eliptical, stationary bike, dumbells of varying size, yoga ball, wrist and ankle weights, and some resistance things...I don't know what they're called. It's 2 balls with an elastic rope between them. I'm looking for someone to help with motivation, keeping on the schedule, tips, workouts, support, and essentially a friendly person to help me reach my goal.
