hi guys. Im a mother of 4 and i have just gotten fat. i work at a wing place and when im working its easy to just grab so wings and fries ya know. i need help and support to reach my goal im trying to lose 66 lbs and be healthy, whos with me?

My best advise is to count your calories. Find a calorie counter online that will help you determine how many calories you need per day to lose weight. It Normally counts your height and weight and gives you what you need to succeed. counting your calories can be time consuming but if you have the internet you can search any food pretty much and find it out. dont go over your calories and work out and you will do GREAT!. :)
