Hi Guys,

I've spent the last 4 years of college drinking heavily and eating crap. I just started a new job and joined the gym and my starting weight is like 210. Im 6ft 2 so I dont look out of proportion but I'm trying to loose the fat and get toned and build muscle. I'd like to be around the 190 mark by Jan/Feb of next year. 

I hate running and after exercise all I wanna do is eat a pizza or burger or someting!
Any tips on easy to cook cheap healthty snacks??

Also I work 5 days a week in an office and tend to have no energy around 3 o'clock in the day after lunch. Anything I could get in a supermarket just to keep the energy levels up around that time?

And does anyone know the difference between the treadmill and eliptical? I've been using the latter and I sweat like crazy! Any pros/cons of choosing it??
