So I wanted to stop and say hello!! I'm looking for help and support. I have a little bit of information on my profile and will update more as I get use to this site. I am hoping to make a life change as I need to lose weight and make a healthy life for myself. If you are looking for the same or would like to help me I would love to have the support and give it in return!! I know that I need help in someone holding me accountable for what I do (or not do)!!
