Hey! I'm doing great for my first week - have lost a Kilo in 5 days- yay! And I have gone to the gym 3 times this week and will go again tomorrow morning. I've cut out lots of carbs for lunch amd tea and have just protein and veggies with a heaps smaller amount of carbs. I figured I can kick start with that so I can at least lose something and that can hopefully keep me motivated! :)
