i am 5'8 306lbs! i work from 7pm to 7:30am.. i have a job where i sit all night doing nothing! most of the time when im eating.. i'm not even hungry.. just bored! when i get home i sleep from 8:30am- 5:30pm! i sleep my day away, if i dont get a certain amount of sleep .. im always tired!! i try to get 8 hours to prepare for the next night! but i would like to wake up and work out..i need a better schedule! Anyone know any healthy snacks to eat on while im sitting? Any quick routines i could work into my busy schedule!?
