Hi! I'm new to the community

I'm a 48 year old male diabetic. My diabetes is currently well managed through exercise and nutrition. I walk at least seven hours a day five days a week on my job, and make it a priority to walk up flights of stairs during my walks often. I also weight train three times a week with my wife. My diet is tightly controlled, there is no sugar at all in the house. I've lost over twenty pounds in 4.5 months while gaining muscle mass, and possibly another 18 pounds in five weeks, I will wait until I'm weighed at my Doctors office this coming Friday before I write that weight has been lost. Any advice as to how to trim the fat off my lower abs would be appreciated, it's where I tend to collect fat as well as around my hamstrings, both areas are stubborn areas, difficult to remove fat from for me. My last blood sugar test was so good it was within the norms for a person without diabetes! That's the first time that has happened in the eight years I have had diabetes. I'm into long distance walking, any advice on long distance walking would be appreciated.
