hi i am a 22 male 5'9 and i weigh 245lbs. i just recently joined freetrainers through a search on google. i have a real big beer belly thanks to heiniken,corona and jonnnhy walker, but anyway i stopped drinking. also i heard i have to take 245grams of protein a day, but isnt that too much? i mean my complete workout goal is too lose at least 70pounds and i'm hoping to do it in 8 months. but i want some muscle. also i have asthma and i im pretty lazy but i am really trying now any advice would be great thanks.
