Hey everyone.
So I have my plans all laid out for myself and my Diet Plan is a little scary for me...I've never dieted before and I was hoping some could help me with a breakfast lunch snack and dinner that would fit with my plan. Any takers? I'd really appreciate it.

Protein -238 g .. maximum 15% variance is acceptable

Carbohydrates -665 g .. maximum 15% variance is acceptable

Fats -85 g .. maximum 15% variance is acceptable

Total Calories -4260 .. calculated maximum, do not exceed for current goal

I have no idea where to start. :S
