Hi. My name is Kayla and i work at waffle house. I am nineteen years old, 5'4 and weigh 209. I need help. I have a big problem with sticking to a diet plan and don't really have the money for diets like weight watchers. plus i have a 19 month old so i have a busy schedule. Anyone have any sugestions? I am desparate.
