First of all i would like to say Hello as its my first time here.
I'm 32 m 6' tall and weigh 340 pounds and would like to loose around a 100 pounds i know thats a tall order but i know my health is at risk and it's time for a change. I will joining a gym hear real soon and want a good food plan to go along with it. Any ideas's will be greatly appriceated
