Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

I am a male in my early 50's and it seems I am tired alot. I would like to go back to the gym and would like to have enough energy to "throw some weigts around". I have tried Lipo 6, Hydroxycut, Ghakic, and a few oters....seems like my receptors or whatever they are have built up an immunity. I was doing okay with 3 Redline but now, even with not taking them for days in a row, they do nothing for me now. Tired of wasting my money on this stuff....any suggestions?

Whats your nutrition like? Are you sleeping well?

I would see a doctor and get my test levels checked.

If your diet is healthy, you are getting the needed amount of sleep and your stress levels are manageable I would recommend that you ask your MD for a blood work-up, particularly your TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone).

Your thyroid is one of the largest endocrine organs in your body (it lives in your neck) and it's primary task is to regulate your metabolism.

The symptoms of insufficient TSH are typically: fatigue and decrease energy levels which can produce increase weight gain, fuzzy thinking, and slow reflexes.

Good luck
