Hi there,

day two of my nutritional planner (which is a great tool!) and I'm tracking everything, with a goal to shed weight (I got oodles of fat to get rid of!)

My question is, my requirements are 2400 calories per day, but I didn't even hit 2,000 yesterday. Is this OK? I'm an ex Weight Watchers life timer and know if I don't eat enough my body will start storing energy, but this seems like a lot of food! I do moderate workouts and have to admit I'm am hungry, but this was part and parcel with the Weight Watchers way (no matter what they say!)

You should never be hungry. # meals and 2 snacks should be good. The counter on here is out of whack, but to figure your calories figure about 12 cal per pound of body weight.
Hope this helps.
