Ok so heres my story years ago I was on a kung fu stunt team and quite physically fit... I was 127 lbs then... now I am 195 lbs I am carrying more weight than my arms can handle... if I slim back down it wont be an issue.. however..
Can someone put together an Sets / Reps exercise plan for pullups that can get me to be able to do at least 10. same with Dips for triceps. I mean if you are willing to do it... I would really appreciate it.
