hey guys 7 months ago i used whey gold half scoop o a day just for a week and got a serious constipation problem, i used to eat junk foods so much so i thought its js b/c of eating disorder n it ill b f9 in a week n then i i will continue whey but after trying all home remedies i had to consult to doctor b/c from that day my stomach was not working well n still i have constipation problem n got piles as well ,am taking medicines n my doctor suggest me to take a diet based on js vegetables and friuts.
so now my question is that does whey really cause constipation or it js doesnt suits me n in future can i use any other supplement?
.should i continue my workout?
