so i was looking at my nutrition plan and it said my daily target for fats should be 33g. Any ideas on foods i can eat that are tasty but keep me under this target? Im used to eating fast food for lunch and i checked the nutrition info just now...one burger is already 30 grams of fat..even the "chicken sandwiches" are 30 grams of fat.
