Hey! Just wanting to know whether i've got this right. I've been going on my measurements and staying off the scales, i've lost 1 1/2 inchs off my waist and 1/2 and inch of each thigh in the past 2 weeks ish, but I just got on the scales today out of curoisity and i'm 1kg heavier. Will this probably be (hopefully!) down to muscle gain? I put my measurements and stuff in the fat calculation thing and it has changed, still 25%. So out of curiosity i changed the measurements and weight about a bit and the result didn't change. Is it not very accurate?
