For the second time in 2 weeks the bar had spun during a lift on me!:angry:

I think it may be do to griping the bar to high in my hands putting me in a bad wrist position and during the lift at some point or rep my wrist wants to lock-in correct and spins the bar forward on me towards my feet.

What your thoughts on this?

My grip is tight and my arm movement is good but the bar rolled on me 2 times in 2 weeks. I was completing a lift and bar rolled but I move my hands fast enough for it not to fall as I regained control back but the second time it rolled was during a off the chest movement and again I regained control.
