Diet plan advice and Ramadhan

I have the following diet plan:

MEAL ONE:

TEA x 1
TOAST x 2
EGG x 1 (Scrambled olive oil)

MEAL TWO:

Bread Slice x 1
Peanut butter x 1 spoon
Yoghurt x 1

MEAL THREE:

Chicken/Fish x 1
Bread Slice x 1

MEAL FOUR:

Veggies x 1 portion
Chicken/Fish x 1 or Oats x 1

MEAL FIVE:

Protein shake x 1
Chicken/Fish x 1

Is that ok? Am I having too much bread? Somtimes I have 5 to 6 slices of it and I feel it is too much!

Also, I fast during Ramadhan so that is a whole month of not eating between dawn and dusk. Any tips on that?

Do I train during this month or take it easy and watch what I eat?
