hello, i just signed up for ft.com , i love it. I wanted to know how u check your muscle progression. for example every workout you submit how much weight you used and how many reps. I was told u can check your progression but im not sure how,please help anyone. =]=]

not sure about that ethire. just use a tape measure.or just compare results from week to week.
