Hello there. I'm in need of advice o.o

My butt sticks out the most and it's quite odd :P I'm trying to go from a size 8 to a size 6 in pants. I have been going to the 24hour fitness gym recently and I've been trying out numerous machines. I need help on what specific machines I need to use and how many repetitions I need to do. May you please help me?

I know cardio helps people lose weight/excess body fat; so I use the eliptical and treadmill. But what else should I do?

do the cardio im not sure if you have heard this yet but you cant spot reduce a certain area sorry.

I need help on what specific machines I need to use and how many repetitions I need to do. May you please help me?
im not sure what you are asking. use for what? are you asking us what machines you should use to shrink your butt, because i have never heard of a machine that could do that. # of reps depends on your goals lower reps always builds more muscle. put more detail in to your question if you want more help.

I understand you can't spot reduce. To make my post more specific what I'm trying to ask is what other machines should I use to help me lose weight. And how many repetitions should I do. I'm afraid of using the wrong machines and I may not get any results at all. I've tried the treadmills, ellipticals, leg curlers and more. But I'm uncertain what specific machines I should use to get the best results. I do not want to accidentally build any sort of bulk on any part of my body.

don't worry you wont accidentally bulk unless you are on steroids. if what you are doing is for weight loss than the best thing you can do is cardio and eat right. as far as machines and number of reps it all depends on your goals. personally i would use free weights over machines. reps depends on how much weight you use. if you want to you can use all the machines kind of like circuit training. when it comes to losing weight the first step starts in the kitchen.

just make sure you are eating enough or else your body will store as much fat as it can because it thinks it is being starved making reaching your goal even harder. check out bb1s article on cardio its a sticky at the top of one of the pages. one of those topics with a thumbtack. it has a lot of info in it everything you need to know is right there. good luck with reaching your goal:)
