I am 17, about 5"9 and 240 pounds. I was just wondering if you think these maxes are good.....?

Those are all real good numbers. I seen you compete in Powerlifting. What federation? I used to compete when I was 15 in the USAPL. Im 20 years old now. You would of been a good lifter. Those are all solid numbers, especially if there raw. Are they?

Thanks, I just compete for my school. I finished 4th out of 11 in my weight class for the Louisiana State Powerlifting Meet this year (my Junior year). What do you mean by raw?

Well in alot of powerlifting meets the lifters use special equipment. For instance, Inzer, among other companies, make a special shirt for the bench press that could increase the amount you can do for a one rep max. So when I say raw i mean what are your numbers wearing a t-shirt and shorts. No belts or knee wraps either.

Well those are all real nice numbers then! Keep it up, don't lose focus, I wish I didn't, I broke state and national records in my age and weight class in the USAPL. Then I took off for a year and could never get the drive back to compete

Yea, well my drive is really football, I love weight lifting and all, but I plan on playing college football.

thats cool make sure you get good grades in school to I play lacrosse in college right now its expensive cause its a club
