I have alot of food allergies and it seems to get in the way of my protien in-take. I am either starving all day or bloated to the bone because I ate something that I shouldn't have. I also have a variety of medical conditions that affect my diet.....I love to work out but sometimes it is hard to find the foods that will fuel my body correctly.......any suggestions?

Have you ever spoke to a dietecien or nutritionist who specializes in sports? That could get off to a great start.
