well, i just got my fitness plan for mass muscle gain, now i just need some help on my diet. i'm 16 and i need some tips on what i should eat on a daily basis, foods to avoid, tips to keep fit, and when and what to eat to see great progress and result. PLEASE, help. advice, tips and even a good daily diet that you follow so maybe i can try it too. PLEASE HELP!!!.
