Diet vs. College Cafeteria

I live in the dorms and I have access to the gym 5 days a week and the cafeteria food which is decent. I have a huge selection breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

If I want to become muscular (and have a 6-pack =D), what should I be eating?

Consume a diet that is focused to your goals and train regularly. Take a look a at the grocery list of foods on the site posted by BB1fit, and make choices from there.
