I have nto been to a bodybuilding competition yet, but i plan on participating in one soon. I was wondering what are some of the major points that the judges look at most?

lots of great competion info @ bodybuilding.com. Go to some website from your organizations like ABA,NPC,INBA,NABBA go to rules and/judging. That is a good place to begin. Visit a show in your area.

back when the oak used to compete he used to gather photos of other competitors and check out some competition videos...you might wana try that just to get a better idea of the whole thing
