I have a quesiton about protein. I have been reading around and read that I should have 1-1.5g of protein per lb of body weight, is that lb of total body weight, or per lb of LBM...and also, if I am trying to loose fat, but do workout regularly with weights as part of my routine, should I be using the 1g/lb or 1.5g/lb ratio.
