Breakfast oatmeal

1 cup oats
2 tbsp water
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tbsp almond or peanut butter
1 scoop protein powder (I use vanilla whey)
5-8 almonds

Cook the oats in water (I nuke for 45 seconds)
Mix the rest in
= AWESOME breakfast!
