my goal is just to be lean and not called a 'chubby' or 'fat'... in the magazine i currently have they have these exercises that uses your whole body weight to these... we don't have any weights in our household... they also have an exercise wherein it will help your running ability... :big_smile:

well, I know for fact that mens health magazine has workout you can do that dont require weights, and yes they will help you achieve your goals of getting lean if you follow the directions, which I know includes eating a healthy balanced diet, and doing a moderate running program each week.
